Platform Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Platform Terms of Use constitute the official user agreement of BuyFreeHub global cross-border B2B platform. They govern account registration, login, browsing, product publishing, inquiry negotiation, online transactions and all platform behaviors, and define the rights, obligations and legal boundaries between the platform and users, buyers and sellers.

1.2 This agreement applies to all registered users including individual users, corporate buyers, manufacturers, trading companies, brand operators and institutional users. Accessing, registering and using any platform service means you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms.

1.3 This agreement complies with Chinese laws, international trade customs, global cross-border e-commerce regulations, intellectual property conventions and data privacy laws. Users shall also comply with local legal requirements.

1.4 This agreement prevails over informal oral arrangements and industry customs. Other platform policies including product publishing rules and intellectual property protection rules are integral parts with equal legal effect.

1.5 The platform reserves the right to revise these terms according to business and regulatory updates. Revised terms take effect upon official announcement, and continued use implies acceptance.

2. Definition of Terms

2.1 Platform refers to BuyFreeHub official website, mobile site, applet, merchant and buyer backend systems.

2.2 User means any natural person, enterprise or organization that browses or registers on the platform.

2.3 Supplier: manufacturers, trading companies and brand distributors settled to publish products and receive inquiries.

2.4 Buyer: global enterprises and individual purchasers sourcing and sending inquiries.

2.5 Platform services include product display, matching, inquiry, communication, order management, logistics and value-added services.

2.6 Violation refers to any conduct breaching this agreement and platform rules.

3. Account Registration & Qualification

3.1 Registration supports mobile and email. Only legal individuals and enterprises are allowed. Minors, dishonest parties and blacklisted users are prohibited.

3.2 Enterprise users must submit valid business license, credit code and legal person information. Overseas users shall provide local legal business documents.

3.3 One entity shall register only one main account. Multiple fake accounts to evade rules are prohibited.

3.4 Username, avatar and company name shall not contain sensitive, illegal or brand-infringing words.

3.5 Account ownership belongs to the platform. Users only have usage rights and shall not sell or lend accounts.

3.6 The platform may review qualifications irregularly and restrict or freeze abnormal accounts.

4. Account Security & Obligation

4.1 Users shall keep passwords and devices safe. All losses caused by leakage shall be borne by the user.

4.2 Using scripts, crawlers and plug-ins to operate accounts is prohibited.

4.3 Users shall change passwords immediately upon abnormal login and contact support.

4.4 The platform will never ask for passwords or verification codes via private channels.

5. User Information Authenticity

5.1 All submitted information must be true, accurate and complete. Falsification is prohibited.

5.2 Update enterprise and qualification information timely after changes.

5.3 Leaving external contact methods for off-platform transactions is prohibited.

5.4 The platform only conducts formal review. Users bear full legal responsibility for false information.

6. Product & Content Publishing Rules

6.1 All published content shall comply with platform publishing and IP policies.

6.2 Prohibited to publish illegal, violent, sensitive or exaggerated content.

6.3 Counterfeit, refurbished and prohibited products are not allowed.

6.4 Duplicate posting and keyword stuffing are prohibited.

6.5 All images, videos and texts must be original or legally authorized.

6.6 The platform reviews all content and may reject or remove violations.

7. Prohibited Behaviors

7.1 Illegal business, pyramid schemes and fraud are prohibited.

7.2 Malicious harassment, slander and false complaints are prohibited.

7.3 Off-platform private transactions are prohibited.

7.4 Crawling and stealing platform data is prohibited.

7.5 Attacking servers and brushing traffic are prohibited.

7.6 Impersonating other enterprises for fraud is prohibited.

7.7 Publishing false demand and false stock is prohibited.

7.8 Violating import and export regulations is prohibited.

8. Buyer Rights & Obligations

8.1 Buyers may browse products and send inquiries freely.

8.2 Act in good faith; no unreasonable inquiry or order abandonment.

8.3 Verify supplier qualification and product risks by yourself.

8.4 Solve disputes through official platform channels.

9. Supplier Rights & Obligations

9.1 Qualified suppliers may publish products and receive inquiries.

9.2 Product description and actual quality must be consistent.

9.3 Strictly abide by intellectual property rules.

9.4 Reply to inquiries timely and honestly.

9.5 Products must meet international certification and import standards.

10. Cross-border Transaction Rules

10.1 The platform does not participate in offline delivery and payment. All transactions are borne by both parties.

10.2 Both parties shall comply with online order terms.

10.3 The platform only assists in mediation without compensation liability.

10.4 All transactions must follow foreign exchange and customs laws.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 The platform protects user privacy and will never sell personal data.

11.2 User data is only used for platform operation and compliance.

11.3 Public enterprise information is displayed normally without privacy breach.

11.4 Users shall keep commercial secrets confidential.

12. Platform Copyright

12.1 Platform design, layout and copywriting are fully copyrighted.

12.2 Users retain copyright of original content and grant platform permanent usage rights.

12.3 Copying platform content for competitor use is prohibited.

13. Violation Penalty Levels

13.1 Minor Violation

Rectify and warn without permission restriction.

13.2 General Violation

Remove content, restrict publishing for 7 days.

13.3 Serious Violation

Suspend access for 1–3 months and reduce store exposure.

13.4 Major Violation

Permanent account ban and blacklist.

14. Account Freeze & Cancellation

14.1 Abnormal accounts may be frozen until rectification.

14.2 Account cancellation requires no pending disputes or violations.

14.3 Platform retains compliance records after cancellation.

14.4 Banned accounts cannot be reopened or re-registered.

15. Service Adjustment & Suspension

15.1 Platform may suspend service for maintenance without compensation.

15.2 Platform may adjust functions and membership rules.

15.3 Force majeure causes no platform liability.

16. Disclaimer

16.1 The platform is only an information carrier, not responsible for transaction quality and payment safety.

16.2 Only formal review is conducted without on-site inspection.

16.3 Users bear all losses from off-platform and illegal operations.

16.4 The platform may remove content and ban accounts without compensation.

17. Dispute Resolution

17.1 Negotiation first; litigation under platform jurisdiction if needed.

17.2 Governed by Chinese law and international trade customs.

17.3 Cross-border disputes adopt international commercial mediation rules.

18. Revision & Effect

18.1 These terms take effect upon announcement.

18.2 Revisions shall comply with local laws.

18.3 The platform has the right of final interpretation for uncovered cases.

18.4 Using the platform means full acceptance of all terms.
