Integrity & Compliance Management Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1 This Integrity & Compliance Management Rules establishes a standardized honest operation system for BuyFreeHub global cross-border B2B platform. It standardizes business, transaction, promotion and compliance behaviors of all suppliers, global buyers and institutional users, eliminates false operation, breach of performance, unfair competition and cross-border non-compliance, and builds an honest, transparent and win-win international trade ecosystem.

1.2 These rules apply to all industries, all categories and all platform users, including enterprises, brand owners, manufacturers, cross-border service providers and institutional purchasers.

1.3 All platform activities such as registration, store settlement, product publishing, inquiry negotiation and business cooperation must comply with local and international laws, customs regulations and cross-border supervision requirements.

1.4 These rules prevail over informal industry practices. The platform is entitled to conduct compliance inspection, credit rating, dishonesty identification and hierarchical punishment.

1.5 The platform may revise these rules according to global economic and regulatory changes. Revised provisions take effect after official announcement.

2. Core Integrity Principles

2.1 Authenticity Principle: All information, qualifications, products, quotations and delivery commitments must be true. Falsification and concealment shall be deemed dishonesty.

2.2 Compliance Principle: All business activities shall abide by laws, customs, foreign exchange control and intellectual property regulations.

2.3 Fair Competition Principle: Malicious price dumping, slandering competitors and brand imitation are prohibited.

2.4 Contract Performance Principle: All quotations and order commitments must be strictly fulfilled. Unilateral abandonment shall be recorded as dishonesty.

2.5 Integrity Principle: Commercial bribery, rebates and improper interest transfer are prohibited.

2.6 Civilized Operation Principle: Abusive language, harassment and malicious rumors against peers are prohibited.

3. Settlement & Qualification Integrity

3.1 All submitted business licenses, legal documents and qualification certificates must be 100% authentic. Forgery and borrowing are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Store names and brand titles shall not imitate famous enterprises or mislead the public.

3.3 Dishonest enterprises and abnormal business entities are prohibited from registration.

3.4 Expired or changed qualifications must be updated actively. Concealment shall be serious dishonesty.

3.5 Overseas merchants must provide valid local business registration documents.

4. Product Publishing Integrity

4.1 Product titles, specifications, parameters and certifications must be completely consistent with actual products. False labeling and exaggeration are prohibited.

4.2 Product images and descriptions must be original official materials. Stealing and PS fake rendering are prohibited.

4.3 Prices, MOQ and delivery time must be truthfully marked. False high pricing and ultra-low drainage prices are prohibited.

4.4 Hiding refurbished or second-hand attributes and selling low configuration as high configuration are prohibited.

4.5 Keyword stuffing and category misplacement for fake traffic are prohibited.

4.6 Prohibited products shall not be disguised for publishing.

5. Inquiry & Transaction Integrity

5.1 Suppliers shall quote truthfully and cannot regret arbitrarily after quotation.

5.2 Buyers are prohibited from meaningless repeated inquiry and cheating for samples.

5.3 Unilateral order abandonment and price renegotiation after confirmation are prohibited.

5.4 Delivery commitments must be strictly fulfilled. Delay will be recorded in dishonesty file.

5.5 Products must be delivered according to agreed specifications. Cutting corners is serious dishonesty.

5.6 After-sales commitments must be fulfilled. Evasion of responsibility is prohibited.

5.7 Off-platform private transactions to avoid supervision are prohibited.

6. Promotion Integrity

6.1 Absolute wording and false honor descriptions are prohibited in promotion content.

6.2 Fictional factory scale, output and customer cases are prohibited.

6.3 Using celebrity or institutional reputation for false publicity is prohibited.

6.4 Brushing traffic, inquiries and fake reviews are prohibited.

6.5 Publishing false supply and investment information through short videos is prohibited.

7. IP Compliance & Integrity

7.1 Respect trademarks, patents, design rights and copyrights. Infringement and imitation are prohibited.

7.2 Unauthorized use of brand logos and patented appearances for publishing is prohibited.

7.3 Malicious complaints and abusing IP channels to suppress competitors are prohibited.

7.4 Infringement disputes shall be handled through official channels only.

7.5 Illegal squatting of well-known brand rights is prohibited.

8. Cross-border Compliance

8.1 Export products must comply with destination customs, certification and quarantine standards.

8.2 Abide by foreign exchange, customs and tax refund regulations. False declaration is prohibited.

8.3 Military, police and restricted products are prohibited from publishing.

8.4 Cross-border promotion shall comply with local religious and political sensitivity rules.

8.5 Prohibited to export products to sanctioned regions.

9. Fair Business Conduct

9.1 Malicious price war and spreading negative rumors about peers are prohibited.

9.2 Poaching customers and imitating products for malicious bidding are prohibited.

9.3 Verbal abuse and slandering competitors in public areas are prohibited.

9.4 Collusive bidding and false quotation are prohibited.

9.5 Commercial bribery and improper interest transfer are prohibited.

10. Data & Privacy Compliance

10.1 Crawling and reselling user information and inquiry data are prohibited.

10.2 Customer information shall only be used for business negotiation, not leakage or mass harassment.

10.3 Keep business confidentiality of quotation and product solutions.

10.4 Using platform data for illegal promotion and fraud is prohibited.

11. Complaint & Appeal Mechanism

11.1 The platform provides dedicated integrity compliance complaint channel for all types of irregular behaviors.

11.2 Complaints must be supported by real evidence. Malicious false accusation is prohibited.

11.3 The accused user has formal appeal channels to submit qualification and proof materials.

11.4 Platform verification result is final.

11.5 Confirmed malicious accusers will be listed as serious dishonesty.

12. Credit Rating System

12.1 The platform adopts credit score and grade dual evaluation system based on daily behavior and violation records.

12.2 Credit Grade: AAA Premium, AA Good, A Compliant, B Warning, C Serious Dishonesty.

12.3 High-credit users enjoy traffic preference, priority review and activity access.

12.4 Low-credit users will be restricted in publishing and inquiry matching.

12.5 Credit records are permanently retained as core settlement basis.

13. Dishonesty Penalty Levels

13.1 Minor Dishonesty

Accidental errors and minor exaggeration: rectify, minor credit deduction and internal warning.

13.2 General Dishonesty

False parameters, order abandonment and off-platform diversion: mandatory rectification, 7-day publishing restriction and store flow limit.

13.3 Serious Dishonesty

Concealed expired qualifications, mass false products, slandering peers: mass delisting, 1–3 month ban, credit deduction and activity disqualification.

13.4 Major Dishonesty

Forgery, counterfeiting, commercial bribery and regulated products: permanent account ban and blacklist.

14. Credit Repair Mechanism

14.1 Minor and general dishonest users can apply for credit repair after rectification and observation period.

14.2 Serious dishonesty may partially restore permissions after assessment, with permanent record retained.

14.3 Major dishonesty and fraud are permanently unrepeatable for credit repair.

14.4 Credit repair only applies to genuine rectified users.

15. Platform Inspection & Supervision

15.1 Platform adopts intelligent risk control + manual review + random inspection 24/7.

15.2 High-risk categories and repeated violators will be strictly controlled.

15.3 Early warning and rectification for potential dishonest behaviors.

15.4 Regularly release compliance red and black list to guide healthy operation.

16. User Obligations & Disclaimer

16.1 All users shall take full legal responsibility for their business and publishing behaviors.

16.2 Actively self-check qualifications and product compliance.

16.3 The platform only provides rule announcement and inspection, without joint liability.

16.4 All losses caused by user dishonesty shall be borne by the user.

16.5 The platform has the right to restrict or ban accounts without compensation.

17. Supplementary Provisions

17.1 These management rules take effect upon announcement.

17.2 If conflicting with laws and regulations, the official legal provisions shall prevail.

17.3 The platform has the right of final interpretation for uncovered special scenarios.

17.4 Continuing to use the platform means full acceptance of all rules.
